• Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Changes: Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment: We accept payments via standard secure gateways. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Coverage: We currently ship products across Maharashtra and selected regions in India.

• Timelines: Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only. Farm Grow Solutions is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier partner/logistics provider.

• Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged product or a leaking bottle, please contact our Customer Care at 9373836496 within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of liquid fertilizers and agricultural inputs, we generally do not accept returns once the product seal is opened.

• Replacements or refunds are processed only in cases where:

  1. The wrong product was delivered.

  2. The product was damaged in transit.

  3. The product has expired upon receipt.
